Mandela Day :)

So it's Mandela Day on the 18th of July....that is this coming Monday....and in an effort to do our bit, Niki Ogilvie (you may know her for her DELICIOUS cupcakes @myfavouritecupcake) and I are planning to do our bit by hosting a little event for the kids at the Durban Children's Home. 

We are going to be there with cupcakes, goodie bags and music from 3:00pm until 4:00pm next Saturday.

For the moment, our plan is very simple...Go to the home, hand out some cupcakes and goodie bags and just spend some time hanging out with the kids. If you have ideas on how we could make this day even more special for the kids (there are about 100 of them, all different ages), please give me a shout so that we can arrange it.

We are looking forward to showing the kids some love, and we really hope that you will join us! :)

Sun City Group Performances

For the group performances in City, we chose to perform our version of Lady Antebellum's Need you now. Wow we had SO much fun on stage! It felt amazing to be up there. We all got along really well as a group, and went through some hilarious moments together. Courtney's shoe broke about 20mins before we were due to go on stage, and we ran around laughing madly trying to fix it! Wedding Celebration - ♥ James & Megan Kidd ♥

I had the honour of singing at very good friends James & Megan Kidd's wedding this wknd. What a beautiful day, and such a special wedding. James, you looked dashing! And Meg, you looked absolutely gorgeous! I wish you both a lifetime of happiness together...you truely deserve it :)
