I had the privilege and honour of singing with world renowned drummer / percussionist - Efrain Toro during his visit to South Africa. He is an absolute musical genius, and I have a great amount of respect and admiration for him. He has played for Jazz legends such as Ella Fitzgerald and Sarah Vaughan, and so I am still in awe of having been able to share a stage with him. Thank you for this amazing opportunity Efrain! I was asked to sing the South African National Anthem and "We Are The World" at the Durban International Convention Centre (ICC) alongside Jocelyn Hlengi and Njubulo. We sang to an auditorium full of parliamentary officials, dignitaries and businessmen. All in all a great gig!
